What are my delivery options?


All unframed items are set at £4.99 domestic & £14.99 international as standard. Framed Items are £10 as standard, unfortunately we cannot ship these internationally. Items below £70.00 will be sent recorded delivery using Royal Mail. Items above £70.00 will be sent special delivery using Royal Mail. All overseas mail will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked.


Are all your items hand-signed?


All our items sold are hand signed. We do not sell copies, prints or facsimile signatures.


How do I know your items are genuine?


A Sign of the Times has been selling genuine memorabilia for over 25 years. All the items we sell come with a COA that contains our name, address and contact details. Often sellers of fake goods will not provide this information and hide behind the internet. Our customers trust us because we are not anonymous. Whilst our website is brand new, we have been selling on eBay for many years. You can check out over 30,000 reviews of our items here.


Do you offer a Certificate of Authenticity?


Yes - There is no doubt that a Certificate of Authenticity is essential to any memorabilia purchase. However, Always remember that the Certificate of Authenticity is only as good as the company that issues it. While we aim to always prove the authenticity of all our goods, we also believe that the customer has to also rely on their instinct.


Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we offer international shipping. Simply add the products you are interested in purchasing to your basket and a shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to ship Framed Items internationally.

For international orders we use – Royal Mail International Tracked.


Do you offer trade discounts?


Yes – If you are interested in several items (3 or more) we may be able to offer a discount. Before you purchase please contact us here, or use one of the social channels located at the bottom of each webpage. We also supply various sportsman’s dinners and charity events and have special deals when doing so. If you are organising one of these please contact us direct and we can try to accommodate.


Is all your stock located on your website?


No – We have new stock daily and it is impossible to list all these items on our website. Therefore, the only products listed on our website are items that are “Ready to Go” meaning they are double mounted and are presented properly. However, if you cannot find what you are looking for you can always contact us here, as we may have the item in stock. This way we can prioritise this with our framers and get the item presented properly and shipped out to you.


What payment methods do you accept?


We accept VISA & Mastercard from customers in every country in 135 currencies. We also accept paypal.


What do I do if I want to return an item?

My order is a gift and I need it urgently. What can I do?


If this is the case, before you purchase please contact us here, or use one of the social channels located at the bottom of each webpage. We may be able to arrange collection or expedited shipping at an extra cost.


Do you purchase memorabilia from the general public?


This is something we would not usually do, however given we can authenticate the item and the price is right, we would be open to talking to you about it.


Do you provide framed options?


Yes - We have a specific Framed Items section located on our Store. However, we do not provide a framing service. Therefore those items that are listed unframed and not purchased from the specific Framed Section within our store will arrive unframed.
